A Style Advisor that has been working professionally since 2015. She worked as a style ambassador to a luxury jewelry brand for two years. As well as working as a Wardrobe Technician during Fashion Week.
Her first career path was in law in which she earned a B.A. in Political Science and a A.A.S in Business Administration. As well as a certificate in Paralegal Studies. She detoured off the path of law after doing Paralegal work. Ms. Williams then turned to a career in retail due to her love of fashion. Shawn has worked in both mid-grade and luxury retail markets before looking for more of a personal creative career path.
Ms. Williams returned to school to immerse herself in the world of fashion. She holds certificates in Fashion Business from the Parsons School of Design, Image Consulting from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Online & Social Media Marketing from Pratt Institute.
She looks forward to exposing her listeners to an in-depth view into the world of fashion. Shawn will be giving her subscribers fashion core elements beyond a surface level. Ms. Williams many years in retail has taught her a broad scope into understanding the consumer’s wants and desires as well as the inter-workings of the business. Shawn looks forward to writing books and articles on fashion focus topics in the near future.
Is a designer and owner of a clothing company, OLOJ since 2001. The brainchild for this venture was born while he interned at the state legislature of New York. In addition to that, he is in the development stage for two other lines.
Kevin has earned a M.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Sociology from Brooklyn College. He made the dean’s list in consecutive years while earning admission to the Golden Key honors society. During Kevin’s career he has held positions as a teacher and later as a social worker. Those fields might seem far-fetched from fashion but his time in Albany sparked the interest in laws and globalization in that field.
His perspective look at fashion digs deeper than the style and tones which comprise an outfit. Rather, his passion lies in the harvesting of raw materials and its effects on the local population while being concerned with the adverse effects which occur with the disposals of fast fashion.
Kevin is excited to be uncovering the regulations and bills that helps the supply chain of fashion infrastructure. Mr. Moore passion for law and politics will aid him in helping the listeners connect the dots in fashion.
